I'm honored you're here! Individual counseling sessions are available either in-person or telehealth video.

Your initial 1-2 sessions will include a diagnostic evaluation and individualized treatment planning to best meet your specific needs and goals.

Session fees

I currently offer individual psychotherapy 50 minutes for $100/session. I am also in network with Aetna/Meritain and United Healthcare/Optum, Cigna and Medical Mutual. I am able to provide a certain number of discounted rates if I do not accept your insurance- please don't hesitate reach out to discuss. I can additionally provide a monthly superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
